      A new type water-soluble phosphine including p(CH2CH2O)nH]3(n=3-14)was prepared and their rhodium complexes formed in situ were used in two-phase system hydroformylation of 1-hexene to 1-dodecene This type of surfactant complex ligand gives rise to good catalytic activity and selectivity for the biphasic hydroformylation of higher olefines.The best yield(85%)in this rhodium-catalyzed biphasic hydroformylation of 1-dodecene is obtained. The influences of reaction conditions have also been studied.
