采用沸石合成法,制备了封装M(phen)3(M=Fe,Co,Cr)配合物于Y型分子筛超笼中的复合催化材料,并利用XRD,FTIR,UV-vis,ICP的环己烷氧化反应等手段对其进行了表征。FT IR和UV-vis测试,有力地证明了合成产物中封装有M(phen)3配合物;XRD和ICP测试结果表明,在合成体系中引入不同的M(phen)3配合物,对Y型分子筛的晶化有不同的影响 |

Y encapsulated M (phen)3 complexes (M=Fe, Co, Cr) were successfully prepared by zeolite synthesis method and characterized by XRD, FT IR, UV-vis, ICP and cyclohexane oxidation. Encapsulation of M(phen)3 complexes into NaY cavities was evidenced by FT IR and UV-vis spectroscopies.XRD and ICP measurements show that different M (phen)3complexes have different influences on the crystallization of the as-synthesized products, addition of more M(phen), complexes into the synthesis mixture leads to the formation of zeolite P in products. Compared with pure M (phen), complexes and M (phen)3/ Y prepared by imprcgnation method, M (phen)3 encapsulated in Y complexes prepared by zeolite synthesis method exhibits much higher activity in cyclohexane oxidation.The amount of M (phen)3complex in products greatly influences the catalytic performance of M (phen)3/ Y, with the increase of the amount of M (phen)3 complex, the turnover frequency of cyclohexane decreases drastically. |
