合成了N,N'-dimethyl-N,N'-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)ethane-1,2-diamine (mep)及其相应的锰配合物,并将其锰配合物用于1,3-丁二烯的环氧化反应,高选择性的合成单环氧化合物环氧丁烯,考察了各因素对反应的影响,在优化的条件下能达到90%左右的收率和大于99%的选择性。在该合成方法中催化剂易于合成,丁二烯价廉易得,过氧化氢绿色环保,反应过程简便、环保、安全,具有一定的应用前景。 |

N,N'-dimethyl-N,N'-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)ethane-1,2-diamine (mep) and the corresponding mep-MnIIOTf2 complex was synthesized and this Manganese complex was applied to the monoepoxidation of 1,3-butadiene. The results demonstrate that the direct liquid-phase epoxidation of 1,3- butadiene with dilute hydrogen peroxide in the presence of Manganese Complex under mild conditions can produce EPB with high activity and selectivity. The mild reaction conditions and the usage of aqueous H2O2 as the oxidant provide a convenient and environmentally benign method for the preparation of EPB and the corresponding downstream products. |
