An efficient double carbonylation reaction of aryl iodids were carried out in presence of an catalytic system in situ prepared from Pd2dba3, achiving the corresponding products α-keto amide with up to 90% of yield under mild conditions. This developed catalytic system demonstrates a broad tolerance of aryl iodides with various substituents during the double carbonylation reaction. |
