      漆酶是一类含铜的多酚氧化酶。天然漆酶分为细菌漆酶、真菌漆酶、昆虫漆酶和植物漆酶,不同来源的漆酶,其酶分子的组成、底物选择性,催化特性以及应用领域均有差异。综述近年来细菌漆酶的功能与催化特性等方面的研究进展,旨在客观展示细菌漆酶独特的应用价值,挖掘其取代传统化学和机械处理的潜力,为更好地将细菌漆酶应用于工业领域中提供依据和指导。
英文摘要:
      Laccases are a unique group of copper-containing polyphenol oxidases. Based on their sources from plant, fungal, bacterial and insect,laccases can be divided into four groups. This article reviews some research progress in aspects of function and catalytic properties of bacterial laccase to objectively evaluate the application value of bacterial laccases, to explore their potential in the replacement of the traditional chemical and mechanical treatment, and to provide guidance for better utilizing bacterial laccases in industrial areas.and advantages of industrial applications.
