The influence of microwave on enzyme-catalyzed reactions, including the influence on the rate of enzyme catalyzed reaction and the conversion or yield, the influence on the selectivity and specificity of the enzymatic reaction, and the influence on the structure and activity of the enzyme were reviewed. Several technical methods for studying microwave effects and their applications in enzyme-catalytic reactions were summarized. |
